We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, and even arranged an alternative menu for my mum who has food allergies with short notice. The hotel's shuttle bus was very flexible, and after check-out, they drove us into town for sightseeing and then met us at the station to hand over our luggage. Cleanliness was impeccable. Hotel facilities were top-notch, with traditional Japanese multi-course dinner included and both indoor and outdoor onsen available. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy transportation options available around the city. Staff will provide information evasive on the cost for everything, a great help when traveling on a budget.

    No issues.

The hot springs were definitely the highlight of my stay. Both indoor and outdoor hot springs were amazing and very well maintained. The view was stunning and absolutely relaxing. The staff were also friendly and accommodating, especially Mr Rin Junhatsu who was able to assist us with our luggage and provided ample information about the surrounding area. The shuttle van was also very convenient and provided easy access to the town.

The meals were not as good as we expected. The restaurant was a bit rushed during dinner which made it impossible for us to eat in a relaxed manner.

The location of the hotel is gorgeous, with stunning views of the surrounding nature. The onsen experience is a must-try, with both indoor and outdoor options available. We particularly enjoyed trying the golden and silver waters. The traditional Japanese multi-course dinner was also a highlight, with delicious food and a great variety of dishes.

The rooms and facilities were quite dated and could use some updates. the wifi connection was weak and unreliable.

The hot springs resort was an exceptional experience. The staff was very friendly and the Japanese-style rooms were comfortable. The outdoor hot springs were amazing, and there were private onsens available for rent. the hotel had a shuttle van, which was convenient for traveling to nearby areas. The views from the rooms were also quite lovely.

The breakfast service was somewhat early, and it meant that they would come into the room to prepare for it beforehand, which could be disruptive for those wanting to sleep in.
